From the 27th of December 2014 y. from the 11:00 till the 21:00 in the organizing committee
(at first,- in the organization-participant, “The Nobel committee” (The Kingdom of Norway and The Kingdom of Sweden),
at “AUT CMT SFA”, academician of (natural) sciences (“SIO "ACNS"”) Vetrov A.N.,
in “RA(N)S”, in “The Government of RF”, in “The Administration of Saint-Petersburg city”;
at second,- in “The hotel "Karelia"” (“The group of hotels "Intourist"”)).
The Opening and Plenary session
of The IVth international action will take place
in the boardroom of “The Nobel committee” and “RA(N)S” (the main building)
in the day of beginning and in the time of beginning (it will be informed in addition)
The accepted materials will be issued in “The Nobel committee”, “RA(N)S”,
“The Government of RF” and “The Administration of Saint-Petersburg city”
to the beginning of work and after the end of work of the specified IVth international action
The scientific reports and documentation of each reporter for the participation in the specified IVth international action
are represented since the 01st of January 2015 (2013) y. to the defined post addresses of organizing committee:
1. The formal examination – the specified package of documents (item 1.1 – item 1.4).
2. The examination in essence – the materials of scientific reports
and (or) multimedia-presentations (item 1.5 – item 1.10) are sent by mail
from the chosen reporter of organization-participant
and (or) the head of organization-participant in the addresses of the organizing committee
(“The Nobel committee” (The Kingdom of Norway and The Kingdom of Sweden) – 1 piece,
“AUT CMT SFA”, academician of (natural) sciences (“SIO "ACNS"”) Vetrov A.N. – 1 piece,
“RANS” – 1 piece, “RAS” – 1 piece,
“The Government of RF” – 1 piece, “The Administration of Saint-Petersburg city” – 1 piece)
only after formal examination of the specified package of documents (item 1.1 – item 1.4)
and under the preliminary arrangement with the organizing committee only.
It is necessary to issue the package of documents for the participation in the specified IVth international action
in organizations-participants (scientific, educational and others)
and to send it to the organizing committee since the 27th of December 2011 y.
The date and time of beginning of the specified IVth international action will be informed in addition.
It is necessary for the authors (reporters) to establish UDC of scientific report and multimedia-presentation
on “The state rubricator of scientific and technical information (STI) of RF”,
which is accessible under the reference of “GRNTI of RF”: http://www.grnti.ru/download.php
and the reference of “"VINITI" of "RAS"”: http://scs.viniti.ru/rubtree/.
