7. The calculation of cost of the specified international action is provided

and after the end of calculation by “The Government of RF” it is sent the notice of accepting financing
and readiness to start the specified international action in writing to address

8. The written confirmation on readiness to start
the specified international action due to means of the budget of RF

The materials of scientific reports and multimedia-presentations should be coordinated with advisers
on the software, on the accordance with GOST (The state standards – SS)
and ESKD (The uniform standards of construction documentation – USCD)
on the economic substantiation of creation and use of the object of research, on safe use of the software,
on protection of the intellectual property of the object of the intellectual property,
and also to have responses of the supervisor of studies (adviser), (external) reviews and the conclusions.
On the fact of the presence, gathering, coordination and registration of the necessary documentation
of the allowed experts, candidates, doctors and academicians of sciences in the organization-participant
it is necessary to give the hall of videoconferences with the multimedia equipment
for the regular carrying out of the rehearsals of performances with the scientific reports
